Parking

Estate parking schemes run from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, with an emergency enforcement service during public holidays. There are 52 bays on the estate which are fewer parking spaces than residents need. There is a waiting list formed and bays are allocated as it becomes available. Residents are advised to park on nearby roads or you can also log onto www.southwark.gov.uk/parking to apply for parking on roads reserved for residents parking in the area. If you wish for your details to be added to the waiting list please contact the TMC Office.

Please ensure you adhere to the following to avoid getting a parking fine:

• Park only in a designated parking area or your garage
• Have a valid current tax disc also ensure your parking permit is on display
• Ensure your vehicle has a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy
• You must not park anywhere that stops other residents from accessing their homes or using their parking space or other facilities, including garages and bin areas
• You must not park anywhere that prevents police cars, fire engines, ambulances and any other emergency vehicles from getting to an emergency.

Garage

There 26 Garages on the estate of which all are occupied at the present however if you would like to register your interest please contact us at the office and we will add your name to the waiting list. Also there are garages for rent in a number of estates and areas of Southwark. If you would like to rent a garage, please visit a designated customer contact point for Southwark Council or go online to www.southwark.gov.uk/garages or email garages@southwark.gov.uk to apply.
